Arrangements can be made for you to hire a temporary worker as a permanent employee at any time during the assignment.
Permanent Placement

Once hired, the employee will be placed on your payroll.
Temporary to Permanent
Another form of permanent placement, the Conversion Hiring Program includes a pre-determined period of time during which the employees you select remain on Accounting Connection’s payroll as temporary workers. Then they are transferred to your payroll, becoming permanent employees of your company.
